Canadian healthcare: meet Christian
In 2023, I landed a super sweet gig writing UX and CX copy for League, a Canadian healthcare app that helps insurance policyholders better understand/access their benefits.
Think: Shopify or Wix, but for healthcare. League offers a templatized app and website for any company to use for their employees' healthcare and benefits.
Winter wellness campaign
I wrote for one of League's clients, PC Health. They're based in Canada, and they own the CVS/Walgreens of Canada: Shoppers Drug Mart. My job was to help app users take control of their health and earn points toward amazing rewards.
It was UX and CX to the max.
